Patient Family Education

Today there is an increasingly perceptible change in disease patterns and it is essential that every individual undergoes regular health checks. This will help detect problems at an early stage and increase the chances of cure.

  1. Feedback is segregated into Appreciation/ Complaints and sent to the respective Department/ Stakeholders
  2. Action Taken report is received from stakeholders
  3. ATR reverted to patient by Mail/Phone for closure
  4. Complaints are discussed and resolved in HOD meeting
  5. Feedback is documented and sent to Senior Management
