SCOPE OF SERVICES:
Division of pediatric Hemato Oncology in SRIHER caters to a wide range of children with cancer and blood disorders.
Through focused clinics and multidisciplinary clinics we are extending services for children with Hematological conditions like thalassemia, sickle cell anemia, primary immune deficiencies and Hemophilia.
Pediatric bone marrow transplant for a variety of benign hematological, immunodeficiency disorders and malignancies are being underway. Transplant services including haploidentical bone marrow transplant and cell processing like ex vivo T cell depletion processing have been made successfully.
As finances are still a major hurdle for the patients to get quality medical services for such complex disorders, we have made plans for LOW COST HIGH QUALITY SERVICES in all the above domains of hemato-oncology through help of various generous voluntary donors, Government Health Insurance Schemes and help of NGOs like THCF.
